Customers may still receive alerts from GreggHost informing them of updates, service interruptions, and other events.

Can I get announcements emailed to me?
The status blog publishes general announcements. Any specific notices to you appear in your support history and are also emailed to the account’s primary email address.

Click the modify profile link in the panel to ensure that you receive any such announcements.

This will take you to your profile page, where you can check and/or edit your account information. You can customize your GreggHost email notification choices here.
