What Happens After a Custom Plan Is Requested?
Your Account Executive will generate a unique hosting plan proposal for you to examine when we’ve completed our assessment of your hosting needs.
You’ll be able to see it online or as a PDF download if you have a private link.
Your proposal will include a thorough breakdown of your bespoke plan’s specs and pricing, as well as an explanation of the factors that went into determining the price.
There is a time limit on all bespoke plan proposals. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of receiving the proposal, it will expire, and you will need to contact your account executive to request a new one.
