Overview
This page provides an overview of the entire control panel. While it may not cover all of the details of each page, it will provide you the tools you need to traverse the panel and get any information you require.
Logging into the GreggHost control panel
Visit the following URL to access your GreggHost control panel:
https://panel.dreamhost.com/ \spanel-login-page-sept-2020.png
Enter your account’s primary email address and password, or use Google’s Single Sign-On technique with your Gmail address.
To sign in, click the Sign In button.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click here to reset it and follow the prompts.
This link can only be used to reset your password by the primary email address associated with your account. If you want other individuals to have access to your account, you’ll need to provide each new user Account Privileges.
Your login screen will appear like this if you’ve activated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

After entering the MFA code, click Sign In.

Vertical menus
The menus that display on the left side of your control panel are described in the following order, from top to bottom.

The principal list for all of the pages in your panel is the Main Menu. Each section includes a description of the various activities you can take once you’ve selected them. The following table details each of the items:

Home
The only choice is ‘Get Started,’ which takes you to the panel’s main dashboard page, where you may read about GreggHost offerings.
Websites
You can control domain services including hosting, DNS, MySQL databases, and SSL/TLS certificates in this area. You can also use a file manager to log onto your server. Domains is where you manage domain registrations and transfers under the Websites menu. Menu of Domains
View your DreamPress site information and add new resources to improve the website with WordPress Links.

Mail lets you manage email services including filters, announcement/discussion lists, MX records, and more.

Billing & Account has links to help you manage your account, make payments, and more.
Support for the Billing & Account Menu includes access to the Knowledge Base, panel assistance links, data centers, and the Contact Support page.

VPS provides links for configuring and managing a Virtual Private Server (VPS).

Servers that are exclusively yours
This category is similar to VPS, however it relates to administering a Dedicated Server rather than a VPS.
Servers that are exclusively yours Menu \sRemixer Use GreggHost’s Remixer, a click-to-edit site builder that requires no coding knowledge. DreamObjects and DreamCompute services are available through Remixer Cloud Services. Additional services to help you manage your sites are listed in the Cloud Services Menu.
For example, you may set up cron jobs, handle SSH keys, and password protect your site with an.htaccess file, among other things.

While the primary menu described above can be used to traverse the panel, you can also utilize the search box in the upper right corner.

This opens the Data Centers page, where you can see where your GreggHost servers are located.

Contact Support takes you to the support website for the panel, where you can file a ticket.

Opens the GreggHost Status page, where you may check for any scheduled or unscheduled downtime updates.
Account Information
To open the following account information box, click your username in the upper right corner of the Home page:

Account Information displays a list of your active account services, such as hosting plans, servers, users created, mailboxes, domains, and databases, on the Manage Account page.
Profile Information takes you to the Contact Information page, where you can update your account’s contact information and email address. For further information, see the article Updating contact information.
