We will provide you a full refund if you terminate your hosting account within the first 30 days of service. This means you may try GreggHosting for 30 days risk-free!

With the exception of our dedicated add-ons, this money-back guarantee applies to any hosting plan and add-on. Furthermore, if you use any of our add-ons during the first 30 days and request a refund, the cost of those add-ons will be reimbursed as well.

There are a couple of exceptions to this guarantee:

Customers that have dedicated instances are not covered by the guarantee.
Customers who are making their first purchase are eligible for the guarantee. Returning clients are entitled to a partial refund of any fees that have not been used.
This guarantee is only valid for the first 30 days after you sign up for a new hosting package. During this time, you can upgrade or decrease your hosting plan without losing your guarantee. The guarantee term, on the other hand, lasts for 30 days from the time you first join up. When you transfer plans, the guarantee period does not start anew.
This guarantee only applies to add-ons if you cancel your hosting account as well as all add-ons during the first 30 days of service. After the first 30 days of service, add-ons are covered by our standard refund policy.
You may be charged a one-time fee in some cases. There are no refunds for one-time fees. Paid migrations, malware eradication fees imposed while mending a compromised site during a migration, and infrastructure upgrades to manage a large-scale traffic event are all examples of one-time expenses.
If you have any overage fees during the first 30 days, they will be removed from your refund. If the cost of the overage exceeds the return amount, you will be liable for the portion of the overage that is not covered by the refund.

Refunds for Dedicated Instances

Please see the refund procedures below if you’re hosting on a dedicated instance.

The first month’s payment is non-refundable, and if the dedicated instance is canceled within the first month, there will be no pro-rated return.
The following months can be canceled with a pro-rated refund for the current monthly cycle.

Refunds After 30 Days

We’ll refund the unused portion of your plan’s subscription if you cancel your membership after the first 30 days. Both monthly and annual plans are included.

All one-time fees and overages are non-refundable. Any unpaid overages or one-time fees will be deducted from the amount to be returned if they are not paid at the time of cancellation. If the overage or one-time fees exceed the return amount, you will be liable for the portion of the overage and one-time fees not covered by the refund.
