Our Live Chat System
When contacting GreggHost support via Live Chat, a technician may not be available right away; please be patient as GreggHost attempts to resolve your issue.
Not all difficulties can be fixed in a timely manner using chat. If your issue requires more examination during your conversation, the technician will tell you to open a ticket (email) so that support can look into it.
Requesting sensitive information Over Live Chat
For security reasons, GreggHost support is unable to disclose any sensitive account information over the Live Support system, and can only send requested sensitive information via email to the address listed as the primary email on your account.

Live Chat is available 7 days a week from 3 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Pacific time.
Requesting Live Support
If you are unable to access your account, you must contact assistance via the online contact form:

Select an option from the dropdown menu. I’m unable to access my GreggHost account.
Go to the Contact Support section of the website.

At the top of the page, you’ll see the following options:
Opens a support ticket when you click Contact Support.
Knowledge Base — Looks for information about your problem in the GreggHost knowledge base.
Forums — This button accesses the GreggHost user forums.
Select the Contact Support option from the drop-down menu.

Select a subject and enter your domain from the dropdowns. When you’re finished, click the Chat Now button.
When you click the Chat Now button, the following dialog windows appear:

When a GreggHost representative joins the chat, type a message to start your Live Chat session.
Spanish Live Chat is now available!
GreggHost now provides Live Chat assistance in Spanish. The steps to use this new functionality are outlined below.
To see the Spanish Live Chat link in the panel, your browser must be set to Spanish language.
GreggHost Spanish Live Chat is available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time.
Navigate to the Contact Support page to use the Spanish Live Support feature:
If your browser is set to Spanish and you’re using it during regular Spanish Live support business hours, you’ll see the following message at the top:

To contact Spanish Live support, click the Chatea Ahora button.
Viewing chat history
In case you need to examine previous talks, all chats are saved in your panel on the Contact Support page under ‘Recent Messages.’
