GreggHost support may generate a CSR for you using the current private key for your Secure Hosting settings in the control panel.
Requesting a CSR
Go to the Contact Support page to get in touch with us. Make sure to specify that you require a CSR for your domain when submitting your support request.
To handle your request, Support will require the following information:
State or Province Name (complete name – no abbreviations!): Country Name (2 letter code):
Name of the place (for example, city):
Name of the organization (e.g., corporate name):
Common Name (e.g., SECURE DOMAIN NAME – do not include http://, https://, or www before the domain name): Organizational Unit Name (e.g., company section name): Organizational Unit Name (e.g., company section name): Organizational Unit Name (e.g., company section name): Organizational Unit Name (e.g., company section name): Organizational Unit Name (e.g., For instance, type: example.com):
Your email address is:
Support will send you instructions on how to get the new CSR file through email. You can then order/renew a signed SSL certificate with another Certificate Authority using this new CSR.
