This article explains the GreggHost SEO Toolkit’s many billing choices and how to switch to a different billing method if necessary.

Billing options
The GreggHost SEO Toolkit is charged monthly or annually per website, with a discounted first-year pricing. On the next page, you can see current prices:

The pricing choices for SEO Toolkit may be seen in the panel.
The first month’s or first year’s price (depending on which plan you chose) is automatically added to your invoice after you add a plan.

Beginner’s rate
Only one introductory rate per website is available. The introductory rate will not be accessible if the SEO Toolkit plan is canceled and then reactivated on the same website in the future.

How to change your billing option
You can switch from monthly to yearly billing (and vice versa) at any time.

Changing your GreggPress website’s billing choice
In your control panel, go to the Managed WordPress page.
To change a website, click the Manage button to the right of it.
Select Marketing from the drop-down menu.

Click the Manage Plan option in the Search Engine Optimization section.
The following is a list of your current payment options:

Select a new term to change the payment plan (monthly or yearly).

To confirm, click the Change Plan button.
A ‘Success!’ notification occurs when the Managed WordPress page launches, verifying the modification.
Changing your billing choice for websites that aren’t GreggPress
In your panel, go to the Manage Websites page.
After you’ve found the website you want to update, click the following:
Hover over your domain in Grid view and click the Manage option.
Click the Manage button to the right of your domain in List view.

Click the Manage option in the Search Engine Optimization section.
The following is a list of your current payment options:

Select a new term to change the payment plan (monthly or yearly).

To confirm, click the Change Plan button.
A ‘Success!’ notification displays when the Manage Websites page loads, verifying the modification.
While you’re still in the introductory period, you can change your billing option.
If you alter your billing option during the introductory period:

For any remaining time on your initial plan, a prorated credit will be offered (at the introductory rate).
On the day your modification is made, a new monthly/yearly charge will be charged (at the regular, non-introductory rate).
The introductory pricing you selected will not apply to the new billing option you’ve chosen.

The introductory cost is preserved if you use the panel tool to change the domain name of a WordPress or GreggPress website within the promotional period.

Changing your billing option once the trial period is over
If you alter your billing option after the introductory time is over:

For any remaining time on your initial plan, a prorated credit will be offered.
On the day your modification is made, a new monthly/yearly charge will be charged.
Cancellations
If you decide to discontinue your SEO Toolkit plan, you will not receive a refund. GreggHost will, however, provide you a prorated credit for any remaining time on the terminated SEO Toolkit subscription, which you can use on other GreggHost services.
