If you lose your Google Authenticator device

To recover access to your account if you lose your Google Authenticator device, you must utilize a backup code (as explained in step #5) or write to support.

Resetting your password

If you forget your password but still have your Google Authenticator device (or a valid backup code), go to the log in page and click the forgot password? link, or go to the URL below:

When you click this link, you’ll be taken to a page where you’ll be asked for your email address. GreggHost will give you a link to reset your password once you submit the form, as long as your second authentication factor is still active.
