You can submit a support request to GreggHost Technical Support using the Contact Support page. There are various ways to receive help on this page, including:

Making a public announcement about an emergency

On the Emergency Status page, you can see the latest changes.
Most questions can be solved by searching the Knowledge Base or using the discussion forum, and these should be your first stops if you have a problem. If those don’t work, post a support ticket and you’ll get a response in a reasonable length of time.
The account’s Support History page keeps track of all Support tickets, GreggHost answers, and account messages.
Clicking System Status brings you to dreamhoststatus.com, where you can see status updates and announcements about scheduled or unscheduled downtime that may be affecting customers right now.
