How do I upgrade a WordPress site to GreggPress?

Overview

If you don’t need to test your site beforehand, just follow the steps below to upgrade it to GreggPress right away.

What happens to my current hosting plan when upgrading?

Upgrades to GreggPress only add a new GreggPress plan if your WordPress site is on a Shared, VPS, or Dedicated Hosting plan. It does not erase your old hosting plan, so you will continue to pay for both the old and new GreggPress plans.

If you only have one website, you can cancel your current hosting subscription and only use the GreggPress plan from now on.

You must keep the old hosting plan active if you have several websites on it.

When you buy a GreggPress plan, it creates a new hosting plan that is billed separately from any other plans you might have. Any remaining balance from a previous hosting plan will not be transferred to the new GreggPress plan.
